National Customer Service Week
We are taking part in National Customer Service Week which takes place from Monday 1st October.

During the week, customers will be able to take part in a poll on our Facebook and Twitter pages to rate how good you think our customer service is. Please visit @redkitehousing on Twitter and Red Kite Community Housing on Facebook to share your views.
Some of our senior and executive managers will be going out and about with our teams to experience the day to day work they carry out.
We are also keen to find out how we can support our volunteers and work with them in collaboration. So on Wednesday 3rd October we are hosting an afternoon tea from 5-7pm at our offices for our involved tenants. This will be an opportunity to meet with our new team members and enjoy some fun activities.
