Garages to rent

Whether you are an existing Tenant of ours or new to Red Kite, we are pleased to be able to offer garages to let having a large range of garage sites throughout the South Bucks district.

Our current garage rental prices range from £18.46 - £24.00 per week including VAT.

Please note, that if you are an existing Tenant of ours and rent a property through Red Kite, you will benefit from a reduced rental rate as the garage prices are exclusive of VAT i.e. from £15.38 - £20.00 per week.

Our rental prices are subject to change and all our rental rates for our existing tenants are reviewed on an annual basis. If there are any proposed changes to the rental level during your tenancy therefore, you will be notified in advance accordingly.

Due to demand, some of our most popular garage sites have a waiting list.  This may mean a garage to your preferred area/choice of garage site may not be available immediately.

Our garage tenancies are offered on a weekly basis and you are not contractually bound to any fixed term of tenancy. Rent is collected in advance either weekly or monthly by direct debit (depending on your preference).  To end a garage tenancy there is a minimum of 1 week’s written notice required.

In order to proceed with a garage tenancy the following will be required;

  1. Completion of the below garage application form
  2. Two forms of ID provided for all Tenants in the form of a valid passport and proof of your residential address dated in the last 3 months
  3. Payment of 2 months’ rent in advance prior to tenancy commencement
  4. Completion of a direct debit form for your on-going rental payments

Failure to pay your rent in full and on time resulting in rental arrears will affect the security of your tenancy. Please further be aware that if you rent a property through us and fall into rental arrears, we will look to repossess your garage(s).

In order to start the application process and for us to make an informed decision as to whether we can offer you a garage to rent, please complete the application form in full below.

Please be advised that the information you provide is for our internal use only and will not be shared with any third parties. We will securely dispose of all information disclosed (except name and contact details) when

1) Your application is declined, or

2)You are successful in letting a garage

We will reply to all applications within two weeks, but will always endeavour to get back to you before then.  

Please note that we operate on a first come first serve basis. As we do not presently take a reservation fee up-front to hold a garage, we are not in a position to exclusively reserve an individual garage for a prospective tenant.  We would recommend that in order to fully secure a garage and commit yourself to a garage tenancy the requisite 2 months’ rent payable is paid in advance of the tenancy sign-up appointment and tenancy start date. We will not arrange a garage tenancy more than a maximum of 1 month in advance of the agreed tenancy start date.
