Proposed use: We plan to demolish the existing garages to provide a new residential housing development of four one bedroom flats with integrated parking for outright sale. This will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

Latest: A planning submission was made to Wycombe District Council (WDC) and validated on 1st May 2018. We are currently investigating access issues highlighted by Bucks County Council and reviewing options for the site.
