Brexit preparations are underway to ensure minimal disruption to customers

Over the last year, we've been preparing our Brexit contingency plans. This is a difficult task considering we're all unsure of what will happen after 31st October.
However, we want to reassure you that we've been preparing for all possible scenarios.
What we've been doing
- We've been speaking to our contractors to understand the impact Brexit will have on them, and in turn, the services they provide to you.
- We've been planning how we maintain a consistent service to you.
- We've pulled together information and FAQ's to ensure that you understand how Brexit will affect you, as our customer.
We'll continue to follow the updates coming from Westminster, and we'll use our dedicated Brexit plans page to update you accordingly.
