New phone service in April

On Wednesday 4th April, we will be introducing a brand new telephone system for our contact centre. When you phone our main number now (on 01494 476100), you hear a recorded message and have a choice of options.
With the new system, you will still phone the same number (01494 476100) and speak to our team of friendly Relationship Advisors, but you’ll notice a different voice and set of options when you first call us.
We’re really excited about getting a new system with our partner, Rostrvm, because we’ll be able to provide an even better service for our customers and save money which means that we have more to spend on our homes and in our communities. We’ll also be able to produce better reports on the types of calls we get so that we can improve the services we offer.
The important thing to remember is that there is no change in how you contact us – you can still phone, use webchat, email or our website – but your phone experience will be even better!
