Red Kite spends £78,000 on fly-tipping and litter picking
10 April 2018
Last year we spent £40,000 on cleaning up the 439 reported incidents of fly-tipping we received and over £3,200 a month on litter picking – a total of more than £78,000. This is money that could be spent in other areas, re-fitting 21 new bathrooms or 18 new kitchens for example!
If you have bulky waste to dispose of please contact Wycombe District Council which offers a chargeable service for the collection of large household items such as domestic appliances, carpets, beds and furniture. You can find more information on their website.
To report rubbish and fly-tipping please call 01494 476100 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you can send us pictures that is really helpful too. For more information on anti-social behaviour and how to report it please click here.
