TVHA's Level Up programme

Thames Valley Housing Association (TVHA) is running a free wellbeing programme in High Wycombe called Level Up, which is aimed at people who are dealing with low confidence, isolation or health concerns.

The six-week programme is designed to help customers improve and maintain a healthy, productive and happy life and support them on to the next level, whether that’s starting a new hobby or fitness schedule, joining a club or finding a new job, etc. The programme will be delivered by qualified, experienced leaders (including a motivational coach, fitness trainer and nutritionist) and covers: self-belief, psychological support, confidence and self-esteem, motivation, better eating habits, increasing physical activity and money management.

Induction sessions take place from Tuesday 31st October – Thursday 2nd November and the wellbeing programme runs every Tuesday and Wednesday from 7th November – 13th December (10am-4pm) at The Hub in Easton St, High Wycombe HP11 1NJ.
