Some of our customers will have received a consultation letter from us today, which outlines a proposal to vary some of our tenancy agreements. This consultation letter is about a change that will put ourselves under an obligation to provide services we currently provide to you as customers without an obligation - which is something that happens automatically for all new Red Kite tenancies.
If you are one of our customers who has received a letter about this proposal, we are inviting you (or someone on your behalf) to comment on the proposed changes by Tuesday 28th February 2017.

We will also have staff available to discuss this matter with you at our offices on the 7th, 14th and 21st February 2017 between 2pm - 4.30pm to answer any queries you may have.
Any comment you wish to make must be received by Tuesday 28th February 2017. Please let us know if you need more time to comment and why, in writing to the address above, and we will consider your request.
