The Thames Valley Phab Club
28 April 2016
Thames Valley Phab Club is a local social club that brings together people with physical disabilities, their families and friends in a safe, comfortable and fun environment.
The club meets in the cafe at Court Garden Leisure Centre in Marlow on Wednesday evenings between 8pm and 10pm where they provide a number of activities from quizzes to guest speakers. They also offer a number of other activities and outings such as BBQ's, theatre visits and boat trips.
They have their own minibus capable of carrying up to 14 passengers, four of whom can be seated in wheelchairs. On Wednesday evenings they pick up club members in High Wycombe and Marlow.
If you're interested in coming along, contact Mandy on 07877 031377. Or if you'd like to find out more, you can visit www.thamesvalleyphab.org.uk or email firstname.lastname@example.org
They are also looking for volunteers willing to drive their minibus - you don't need a special license and training will be provided. If you'd like to find out more about helping out Phab by volunteering, contact Chris on 07914 392187.
