Having a say about the services you receive, helping us to remain tenant-led and customer focused.
You’ll sit on interview panels with us when we interview potential employees and play an important part in our recruitment process. You’ll ask questions and then discuss your thoughts on the applicant with us.
A day or two when we interview someone.
Helping us write specifications for contracts, review tender documents and interview new contractors.
Meetings around the time a contract is needed.
Asset Management Group
Holding our contractors to account and challenging them where necessary.
A meeting once every six weeks.
Inspecting areas of our service to make sure we are doing things as effectively and efficiently as we can.
Two to five days for each inspection - depending on the size of the area.
Helping us check how our contractors are doing in terms of health and safety (e.g. gas and water treatment, electrics and fire alarms).
A meeting or site visit once a month.
