Making sure the contractors who handle our repairs and empty homes are doing everything they promised in their contracts.

Red Kite Board
Making decisions on how our organisation is run and working with us to decide on the direction we take in the future by helping us set policies.
Board meetings every six weeks. Sub committees monthly and two team building days a year.
