We are looking for a person that has excellent skills and behaviours that are integral to motivate and organise the Relationship Team to deliver exceptional service whilst supporting the drive to financial independence for our customers.

With this in mind, we’re looking for a confident, organised and extremely proactive person to take on the role of Relationships Coordinator. We are looking for someone to sit at the heart of the team and organise it, while also taking advantage of any opportunities to streamline the ways we work and the services we provide.
To be successful you will use your skills and personality to be the focal point of support for the team who are involved with the processes of income collection, tenancy changes and delivering financial advice to new and existing customers. You will be committed to providing first class support in dealing with all aspects of tenancy changes, from liaising with customers to working collaboratively with staff in other stems to effectively and efficiently provide services to our customers.
In addition to supporting our key front-line services, you will also provide an essential support function across all areas of the Relationships Team. We need a team member who will ensure that the team functions smoothly and that all processes are co-ordinated to our customer’s expectations. You will be an expert in coordinating varying activities with conflicting deadlines. We’re looking for a flexible, approachable and confident character with a good eye for detail and a clear grasp of customer expectations as well as the challenges our customers face in our world of austerity that can inhibit their ambitions.
