About the role

Forming part of a small but successful team, the ideal candidate for this role will have a can-do attitude, be results driven, pro-active and know how to vary their approach to meet the individual needs of our customers in an ever-changing environment.  We always look to deliver a more personalised service that caters to the challenge of maximising income for both the organisation and our customers.

As a Relationship Specialist you must be truly customer focussed but always working to protect our interests.  This often means thinking outside the box to find workable solutions, linking with other areas of the business to offer our customers support and making referrals or signposting to other agencies, all in aid of helping our customers sustain their tenancies and maximising our income. The right person will be able to follow procedures but also use their own knowledge of income recovery legislation to recover debt, and their awareness of welfare reform, specifically Universal Credit, to find the right support for our customers.

This role is not just about income, so to be a perfect fit, you’ll also have a good knowledge of general housing management and be flexible to help our customers.  Forming part of our Relationship Pod, you will need to have the drive to deliver an outstanding service, tailored to each unique customer.
