About the role

We have a new opportunity in this area to really make a difference. As a Relationship Specialist you will be customer focused whilst always working to protect our interests.  This often means thinking outside the box to find workable solutions, linking with other areas of the business to offer our customers support and making referrals or signposting to other agencies, all in aid of helping our customers sustain their tenancies and maximising our income.  

The right person will be able to follow procedures but also use their own knowledge of income recovery legislation to recover debt, along with their awareness of welfare reform, specifically Universal Credit, to find the right support for our customers.  This role is not just about income, so to be a perfect fit, you’ll also have a good knowledge of general housing management and be flexible to help our customers.  Forming part of our Relationship Pod, you will have the drive to deliver an outstanding service, tailored to each unique customer.
