Property Co-ordinator (Full time permanent)
Salary: £28,000 pa (37 hours a week)
Repairs and maintenance make up the biggest service area for Red Kite and is the most important area to our customers - who wouldn’t need repairs and maintenance activity in their home dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible? That’s why, for this role, we need someone who can provide outstanding support in the delivery of value for money repairs and maintenance service.
This is an exciting new role and now is a great time to be part of a step-change in our service delivery. We are all about enhancing the delivery of our maintenance services, utilising new technologies and introducing new ways of working.
With this in mind, we’re looking for a confident, organised and extremely proactive person to take on the role of Property Co-ordinator. To be successful, you will use your skills and personality to be the focal point of support to all staff involved with both community repairs and other cyclical programmes and asset related improvement projects.
You will be committed to providing first class support in dealing with all aspects of property related works, from liaising with customers to working collaboratively with staff in other stems to effectively and efficiently deal with complaints and compliments. Importantly, you will utilise your skills to detect fluctuations in contractors’ performance by analysing performance data and make recommendations to managers about what improvements are needed.
In addition to monitoring our external partners’ delivery, will provide an essential support function across all areas of property related work. We need a gem who will ensure that the team functions smoothly and that everyone is “in the right place at the right time” as well as co-ordinate stem functions, such as training events and team meetings. You will definitely be an expert in juggling conflicting priorities and diaries!
We’re looking for a flexible, approachable and confident character with a clear grasp of the improvement and maintenance requirements facing housing associations (ideally with experience within the social housing/maintenance sector but this is not essential).
If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, are determined and care about delivering the very best service possible, we would love to hear from you.
