We're a tenant-led, not for profit, charitable housing association and we own and manage more than 6,700 homes in the Wycombe District. Our homes are mainly on estates in the urban centres of High Wycombe, Princes Risborough and Marlow, with others on estates in rural areas such as Lane End, Stokenchurch and Bourne End. 

We have a number of sheltered housing schemes which are located across the district. Our tenants and leaseholders are our customers and have an important role in making sure that we keep to the promises that were made when we were formed.

About the role

There’s lots of exciting work taking place to provide high quality homes to our customers, there are a range of projects that need to be managed proactively delivering on time, within budget and providing a quality product. 

Working with the Senior Development Project Manager, you will lead on the delivery of our housing development programme ensuring that from the initial planning stage right through to the delivery of high quality housing, every project delivers value for money.  

You’ll also be developing briefs for projects, running financial viability appraisals, negotiating legal agreements, procuring consultants and contractors, effectively managing risk and leading the delivery of mixed tenure housing development projects.
