Want to work in finance?

As a charitable, not-for-profit organisation that puts our customers in the driving seat of our business, our finances have to stack up and demonstrate value for money, every step of the way. We operate in a group structure that seeks to give the business the flexibility it needs to deliver our corporate strategy successfully and efficiently.

About the role

We’re looking for a Payables and Receivables Supervisor who will work with and lead their team of three to ensure that we:

  • support the wider business to pay the right suppliers, the right amount, at the right time
  • manage the potential risks that are associated with the payment of invoices
  • allocate the money received correctly and in a timely manner
  • complete the required weekly and monthly control activities.

As part of a team of 10 (including three direct reports), your experience in leading excellent teams and partnering with colleagues to deliver outcomes will make sure that finance plays its full role in shaping and delivering our future ambitions.

You’ll need to be confident, organised, influential and a real people person to fit within our team. The successful candidate will have solid experience in owning the payables process and taking ownership of outcomes of their and the wider finance team.

We’re really looking forward to this new opportunity and seeing how it can help to improve our performance even more, so if you want to be part of our success, have a read of the job description and then apply. You can send the completed form to
