This is a 6 months fixed term part time post, (18.75 hours per week). Closing Date: Sunday 24th November

About the role

We’re looking for a Home Ownership Advisor to join the Commercial team delivering excellent value for money services to both existing and future customers.  The Home Ownership Advisor acts as the team champion for service charges, revenue collection but also play a significant role in ensuring that the team delivers a wide range of commercially focussed services.

The Home Ownership Advisor will build effective relationships which reflect our values of partnership, respect and pride. Administering the Preserved Right to Buy process, maximising the collection of revenue from leasehold service charges, shared equity rents and any other commercial activity; carrying out all administration and communication with leaseholders and freeholders as required.
