Customer Champion (Knowledge Management)

Salary: up to £29,668 per annum

Full time 12 month fixed term contract

We’ve heard it said that ‘knowledge is power’, so this role exists primarily to create and orchestrate items of knowledge or content, for our staff, customers and all key stakeholders, to put them in control of their experience with us.

Working with colleagues across the business to oversee our digital library, we are looking for a talented individual to help produce engaging content for our staff and customers when they need it, and how they need it, with a constant focus on achieving better outcomes for all of our customers. Through creating informative content, making sure it’s always up to date and appropriate, your role will not just be to allow our customers to self serve and reduce demand to our traditional channels, but also to support staff with content that can help them through their induction, learning and development.  It’s about explaining who we are and why we do what we do, whilst always working to strengthen our brand by connecting all the dots across the business, making information accessible to all who need it.

To be a success in this role, you will work as part of a small team under the guidance of our Knowledge and Feedback Manager. Part of the role will be focused on helping us administer our feedback process; using the intelligence gained to help identify and drive business improvements. Together you will help to challenge, improve and change the way we help our customers across our whole business.
