Customer Champion – (Feedback Management)

Salary: £27,337.50 (Permanent – 37 hours per week)

The ideal candidate for this role will be a team-player with great communication skills. Our Customer Champion – Feedback Management is the person who champions the power of our customer feedback. From ensuring we have accurate and accessible feedback records, to taking the lead on embedding learning from what we are told, this role is not just about listening. This role is about seeing beneath the obvious to assess the root cause of feedback we receive, using it to enforce change and truly make a difference when our customers interact with us.

You will be working as part of a small team who are truly customer-focussed and can engage with our customers in ways that suit them, whether it is face to face, telephone, email, via our website, social media or smart phones and mobile apps. Whichever way our customers choose to give us feedback, we need to be there to listen, respond, resolve and learn from that interaction.
