Customer Champion - Feedback Management
Customer Champion – (Feedback Management)
Salary: £27,337.50 (Permanent – 37 hours per week)
Are you are Sherlock Holmes type character, who can work quickly to resolve issues and understand what we can learn from them in the future?
We want to be the best and we understand that to be the best we need to listen to our customers and learn from what they tell us. At Red Kite we see all feedback as a chance to learn and improve. Whether it’s negative, positive, or just a comment or suggestion, listening to our customers and acting on what we are told is just one of the ways in which we embrace our tenant-led culture.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a team-player with great communication skills. Our Customer Champion – Feedback Management is the person who champions the power of our customer feedback. From ensuring we have accurate and accessible feedback records, to taking the lead on embedding learning from what we are told, this role is not just about listening. This role is about seeing beneath the obvious to assess the root cause of feedback we receive, using it to enforce change and truly make a difference when our customers interact with us.
You will be working as part of a small team who are truly customer-focussed and can engage with our customers in ways that suit them, whether it is face to face, telephone, email, via our website, social media or smart phones and mobile apps. Whichever way our customers choose to give us feedback, we need to be there to listen, respond, resolve and learn from that interaction.
At Red Kite we embrace innovation, encourage creativity and live by our values of Partnership, Respect and Pride. If we sound like the kind of organisation where you’d fit in, then we want to hear from you. So what are you waiting for?
