To support our Commercial team, we need someone who is enthusiastic with a strong communication and organisation skills that will move projects forward. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Contract Specialist and Commercial Manager.
You will be a valuable member of the Commercial team delivering excellent value for money services to our existing and future customers. Your administration skills will be the key to ensuring that our partners deliver services in line with their contractual commitments and our customers’ expectations.
Our range of contracts for communal services is expanding and includes grounds maintenance, cleaning, waste and utility services. You’ll be working closely with our tenants and leaseholders putting them at the heart of everything you do with the aim of achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
Within this role as Contracts Coordinator you will provide proactive and effective administrative support to the commercial contract management team. You will maintain electronic databases and validate data sets and statistical information. Attending meetings with customers and contractors you will carry out audit checks and respond to contracts queries from customers and contractors.
The successful candidate for this position will have previous administrative experience and ideally have worked with customers. Educated to GCSE grade “C” or equivalent you will have a “can do” attitude. We are looking for a highly organised and methodical individual who can lead by example and demonstrate organisational values. With a good understanding of excellent service delivery you will have strong financial and IT skills.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to hold a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
