Compliance Specialists x 3

Salary: £43,000 (37 hours a week)

About us
With more than 6,000 homes in the Wycombe district, including houses, flats, blocks and shops, our responsibility to keep them as safe as possible has never been more important. As a tenant-led, not-for-profit housing association, our customers and people in our local communities, need the reassurance that we do everything we can to keep our properties up to scratch when it comes to compliance, so these roles are crucial in making that happen.

About the roles:
These three roles are responsible for delivering our compliance service – two will look after all the statutory legislation in relation to gas, electrical installations, asbestos management and fire safety – and a third which focuses on all things involving corporate health and safety.

We’re looking for confident, organised and extremely proactive people to join us as Compliance Specialists to help us manage these vital areas. To be successful, you will need strong technical knowledge about construction and construction-related health and safety, and importantly, you will use your negotiating skills to deliver best value services and continuous improvement for our customers. Some experience in at least one of the disciplines is required, and experience in more than one discipline will be a definite advantage.

With a flexible and friendly approach, you will have a clear grasp of the challenges facing the housing sector, ideally gained from experience within the social housing / servicing and maintenance sector.

If you are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service, please take a look at the job descriptions here: Compliance Specialist and Compliance Specialist (Health and Safety) and if you are still interested, complete an application form and email it to HR@redkitehousing.org.uk
