Community Potential Specialist - Lifecoach (fixed term contract – 12 months)

This new role in our new company, is all about empowering our customers to realise their potential by encouraging positive behaviours and changing people’s mind-sets when it comes to independence and choice.

As our Community Potential Specialist, you’ll bring a ‘life coaching’ approach to our new business that sees our customers make the most of opportunities to achieve tangible outcomes and exercise choice when considering their employment, finances, education, well-being and housing.

We’ll look to you as the expert on coaching, influencing and motivating new customers so that they feel empowered to work with others to achieve their personal goals. With your strong project management skills, ability to manage partnership networks and abundance of confidence and empathy, your role as Community Potential Specialist will bring about a desire in people to develop their skills and talents to realise their potential.

Ultimately, we want to provide our customers with opportunities to play an active and positive role in their community through volunteering or helping their neighbours, irrespective of their circumstances. We also want people to improve their independence and create positive social interaction, reduce social isolation and increase aspiration within our neighbourhoods.
