Trevor has been our Chief Executive since we became Red Kite in December 2011.
Trevor's focus is ensuring we develop our tenant led approach and maintain great culture where staff, the board, tenants and key partners work to provide more homes, great services and deliver our purpose of enabling residents to realise their potential.
Spending time ensuring we work with the right partners who can meet our aspirations is key.
Deputy Chief Executive
Alan has worked in the sector for over 30 years. He leads the operational side of the business that covers development, commercial, property, repairs, community and relationship, focusing on delivering great customer service.
He is also Chief Executive of Twenty11 - a new housing company offering a range of options that are affordable for all members of the community.
Group Director of Resources
With experience in change and specialist knowledge of finance and resources, Ray prides himself in creating a culture of finance as a partner with operations to achieve corporate objectives.
Ray has more than ten years senior management responsibility for corporate services including IT and facilities and has implemented new and innovative procedures that improved efficiency and cost effectiveness in the private and not for profit sector.
Assistant Director - Finance
Colin overseas our Progress and Finance teams and ensures we have the financial resources and IT infrastructure required by all areas of the business, continually stretching our capacity to grow and ensuring this power is translated effectively and efficiently into the delivery of innovative services to our customers and communities.
The Progress team also seeks to improve services for customers through the project of corporate projects as well as improving the user experience of our systems.
Assistant Director - Operations
Helen has responsibility for the hive of activity that takes place across our Commercial, Community and Relationship pods, ensuring that we develop and maintain a strategic approach to business development and new opportunities.
Helen plays a critical role in working with our Senior Leadership Team to improve performance so we can meet and deliver on the aspirations of our customers.
Assistant Director - Technical
Mark heads up our development and property pods and has responsibility for supporting the growth of the business by maximising the use of our assets.
Mark's teams are at the forefront of our ambitions to provide sector leading services using cutting edge technology and ensuring that we provide great homes for our customers. This is achieved by both the delivery of new homes through our development strategy, as well as investing in our existing homes.
Head of People
David makes sure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
His team have a broad range of responsibilities including recruitment, people development, employee and community engagement, volunteering and administration and corporate support.
Head of Progress
Catherine is passionate about delivering change and seeking out improvement opportunities.
She enjoys the challenge of working in an organisation that is ambitious and relentless in its pursuit to deliver excellent services to customers.
Catherine's team are responsible for technology, change and UX (user experience).
Head of Relationships
Halima is responsible for managing our contact centre and team of Relationship Specialists.
Halima's team is our front facing service that works with customers to make sure that they can access our teams and any information they need that is related to their home.
Interim Head of Community
Jonathan is responsible for managing the Estates, Homes, Sheltered and ASB teams.
The Estates team complete regular checks to make the places you live in are safe. The Homes team work with residents to sustain their tenancies as well as resolving ASB cases. The Sheltered team offers a bespoke service within our sheltered sites ensuring that individuals are able to interact within their community and remain living independently.
Susannah plays a key role in working with leaders across the group to join together the different streams which lead to better services for our customers.
As well as leading on business improvement projects, Susannah is responsible for developing the key network of partners that support our new company, Twenty11.
Sarah Mei Ying North
Head of Potential
Sarah heads up our Potential Pod with responsibility for important developments and improvements in services and products that are provided to our customers.
The team brings together all elements of information, intelligence and feedback to develop better solutions and services that will keep the Red Kite Group at the cutting edge of the housing sector. Sarah also oversees the pilot of our new housing company, Twenty11.
Interim Head of Commercial
Katherine leads several areas of the business including leasehold and home ownership, service charges, procurement, contract management, commercial property, empty homes, allocations and garages.
Head of Communications and Brand
Katie is has a breadth of experience supporting organisations in the housing and construction sector.
Here at Red Kite she is responsible for how we communicate as a business, both internally and externally. This includes our website, social media, PR, internal communications and our brand.
