As part of our overall programme to develop much needed affordable housing in the local area, there will be occasions where we will sell land or assets we own on the open market. This is the case with Seymour Court Road in Marlow where we plan to sell the site with full planning permission, to provide a four bedroom family home with integrated parking and double garage. Any surplus generated from the sale of this site will be 100% used to subsidise affordable housing in the district, which will include new affordable rented homes in Marlow. 

Next stage:
The scheme was granted planning permission on 29th August 2018 - the site will therefore be sold in the next few months.
