Proposed use:
We plan to apply for planning permission for a four-bedroom family home with intrigued parking and double garage. If planning permission is granted the plot would be sold on the open market with any returns generated helping to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

All our plans and developments will comply with: 
Wycombe District Council Planning Policy. Wycombe District Council Residential Design Guidance

Next stage:
We are currently working with our architects to finalise plans in preparation for planning submission in March 2018, subject to Red Kite Development Committee approval. Any further comments on the planning application can be made to Wycombe District Council as part of the formal planning process.

As soon as we have submitted a planning application to Wycombe District Council.
