Proposed use:
As part of our overall programme to develop much needed affordable housing in the local area, there will be occasions where we will sell land or assets we own on the open market. This is the case with Seymour Court Road in Marlow where we plan to sell the site with full planning permission, to provide a four bedroom family home with intrigued parking and double garage. Any surplus generated from the sale of this site will be 100% used to subsidise affordable housing in the district, which will include new affordable rented homes in Marlow. 

As the scheme has now been submitted for planning permission, local residents will have the opportunity to express their support or objection to the planning application via the Wycombe District Council (WDC) planning website. We have yet to receive a planning application reference number from WDC, however will issue this as soon as we receive it. Please continue to check our website for updates.

Next stage:
A planning submission was made to Wycombe District Council (WDC) and validated on 17th May 2018. We are now completing a full drainage survey for the site, after which time we anticipate that the application will be decided in August 2018.
