Current use:

This building is a former sheltered scheme, with all former tenants now living in alternative accommodation elsewhere.  

Proposed use:

We plan to demolish the existing building to provide 30 new homes; 24 of which will be 1 & 2 bedroom flats with communal gardens and six 3 bed homes with private gardens.


The 24 flats will be for affordable rent and the six houses will be for shared ownership. Any profit made will be used to help subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years. This site is also linked to another development at Burrows House, Downley where 16 homes are proposed for sale.

Wycombe District Council Residential Design Guidance

Next stage:
Our proposal has been submitted to Wycombe District Council for planning permission. We are currently working with our architect and the Council in response to concerns with the proposal.
