Current Use:
Croudace Homes (the developer) were granted planning permission to build 39 new homes at Mount Hill Farm, Tetsworth . As part of the wider development, 15 of the 39 homes have been allocated as affordable housing, via a section 106 planning agreement. Red Kite were successful in bidding for the 15 homes and have secured 4 homes for shared ownership and 11 for affordable rent. Work has now started on site for the construction of both the affordable and private sale homes.

Next Stage:
The affordable homes under construction are due to be completed on a phased hand-over from the developer during late Winter 2019 and late Spring 2020. Homes for rent will be advertised through the Local Authority Choice Based Lettings (CBL) service. For details, please see their website www.buckshomechoice.gov.uk/choice. (please note the homes will not be available for allocation until the construction works have finished and the properties are handed over to Red Kite).

The shared ownership homes will be advertised via Red Kite nearer the time of their completion - please keep an eye on this page for further updates.
