We plan to demolish the existing building to provide 24 new one & two bedroom flats with integrated parking.

A planning application has been submitted to Wycombe District Council (WDC), any comments on the planning application can be made to WDC as part of the formal planning process here. The planning reference number for the site is: 18/05416/FUL 

When to expect the next update

As soon as Wycombe District Council have reached a decision on the outcome of the planning application.

On Wednesday 13th December, we held a public consultation event to showcase our plans to local residents and members of the community, before we submit planning submission. Thank you to everyone who attended and provided valuable feedback - a number of comments and suggestions were raised, which are now being taken on board.
