We plan to demolish the existing building to provide 24 new one & two bedroom flats with integrated parking.

Next stage:

A planning application was submitted to Wycombe District Council (WDC) and validated on 14th February 2018. We await confirmation from WDC about when this scheme will be put forward for decision by the planning committee.  

When to expect the next update:

As soon as Wycombe District Council have reached a decision on the outcome of the planning application.
