We plan to demolish the existing building to provide 24 new one & two bedroom flats with integrated parking.

Next stage:
We are currently working with our architects to finalise plans in preparation for planning submission in late November 2017. Once submitted, any comments on the planning application can be made to Wycombe District Council as part of the formal planning process.
