Current use:

Currently a car park area at the Foxes Piece estate in Marlow. The existing housing tenure at Foxes Piece is a mix of affordable rent and leasehold homes. 

Proposed use:

We plan to provide 4 two bed and 2 three bed town houses with integrated parking, which will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years. As well as building new homes, we are looking into providing some additional parking bays at Foxes Piece.

Next stage:
On Tuesday 14th November, we held a very well attended drop-in session for local residents, where they had an opportunity to give us their views on our proposals. We are now considering these before we submit our planning application. Once submitted, any comments on the planning application can be made to Wycombe District Council as part of the formal planning process.
