Current use:

Currently a car park area at the Foxes Piece estate in Marlow. The existing housing tenure at Foxes Piece is a mix of affordable rent and leasehold homes. 

Proposed use:

We plan to provide 6 new homes consisting of 4 x 2 bed houses and 2 x 3 bed houses with integrated parking, which will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years. As well as building new homes, we are looking into providing some additional parking bays at Foxes Piece. 


Open market sale, which will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

Next stage:

A planning application has been submitted to Wycombe District Council (WDC), any comments on the planning application can be made to WDC as part of the formal planning process here. The planning reference number for the site is: 18/05389/FUL 

Latest drop-in event

On Tuesday 17th April, we held a drop-in event for residents where they were able to talk through the parking survey outcomes and ask general questions about the scheme. At the same time, we are waiting for a decision on the proposals by Wycombe District Council (WDC) and will update residents as soon as we can. 

When to expect the next update 

As soon as Wycombe District Council have reached a decision on the outcome of the planning application.
