Current use:

Currently three shops on the ground floor, with two flats above and a car parking / garage area at the rear. 

Proposed use:

We are looking to develop five new two bedroom houses with private parking.

Tenure: 

Open market rent, which will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

Next stage:

We are delighted to announce that our planning application (planning reference number 18/05316/FUL) has been approved by Wycombe District Council and we are excited to be progressing with this project of five new homes. We have now tendered the project and Taylor French Developments Limited have appointed as principal contractor. Contracts are now signed and Taylor French have written to local residents to update them. Works started in February 2019 and the shops and garages are now being demolished to allow the new homes to be constructed.
