Current Use:
This site is currently at the end on Clifford Road and currently used as garages which are in need of investment.

Proposed Use:
We are proposing to demolish the existing garages and build 5 new detached homes with private gardens.

The 6 new detached homes are proposed for open market sale. Any profit will be used to help subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

Next Stage:
Our initial feasibility proposals have been submitted to Wycombe District Council for pre planning advice. We are currently working with our architect and Wycombe District Council to mitigate and concerns with the proposal.
