Land at the rear of Chiltern Avenue & Rutland Road
This land is a demolished garage site that is currently unused and has suffered from extensive fly-tipping and misuse.
We are planning to provide 11 two & three bed houses with private parking. As part of the proposals, any residents with valid easements will have these retained as part of the new development.
6 houses for shared ownership at the Rutland Avenue side of the site, and 5 houses for affordable rent at the Chiltern Avenue side (as highlighted on the site plans below). This mix of tenure will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

A planning application has been submitted to Wycombe District Council (WDC), any comments on the planning application can be made to WDC as part of the formal planning process here. The planning reference number for the site is: 17/08265/FUL
