This building is a former sheltered scheme which is surplus to our requirement. All of our tenants has been offered alternative accommodation elsewhere and so the building is empty except for property guardians who live in some of the homes to keep an eye on the building.
We are proposing to demolish the existing building and build 14 new family homes with private gardens and each home will have 2 parking spaces.
The new homes will be advertised for open market sale and any profit used to help subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

Our proposal has been submitted to Wycombe District Council for planning permission. Through consultation with Wycombe District Council and Bucks County Council the number of homes has been reduced to 14 which has enabled the road width to increase, improve the turning head and provide onsite visitors parking. We continue to work with our architect and Wycombe District Council to mitigate any concerns with the proposal..
