This building is a former sheltered scheme, with all former tenants now living in alternative accommodation elsewhere.
We plan to demolish the existing building and build 16 new family homes with private gardens and each home will have two parking spaces.
The new homes will be advertised for open market sale and any profit will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years. This site is also linked to another development at Queensmead House, Loudwater where 24 homes are proposed for affordable rent and 6 homes for shared ownership.

Our proposal has been submitted to Wycombe District Council for planning permission. Through consultation with Wycombe District Council and Bucks County Council, we have reduced the number of homes to 15 which has allowed us to increase the road width; improve the turning head and provide onsite visitors parking. We continue to work with our architect and Wycombe District Council to mitigate any concerns with the proposal.
