We plan to demolish the existing garages to provide a new residential housing development of four one bedroom flats with integrated parking for outright sale. This will help to subsidise new affordable homes that we plan to build in the district over the coming years.

Next stage: 
We are currently working with our architects to finalise plans in preparation for planning submission in March 2018, subject to Red Kite Development Committee approval. Any further comments on the planning application can be made to Wycombe District Council as part of the formal planning process. 

When to expect the next update: As soon as we have submitted a planning application to Wycombe District Council.
