Are your offices still open?
On the advice of the Government, we have now closed our office at Windsor Court to ensure the safety of staff and the community. Please don’t visit the office as you won’t be able to get into our reception area. If you need to contact us please have a look at the ways you can do so below.

Social media: On our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages
Are your opening times still the same?
Yes, our teams will be available on the channels above during our usual office hours.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8.45am to 5.15pm
Wednesday: 1pm to 5.15pm
Friday: 8.45am to 4.45pm
Will you still be investigating anti-social behaviour and domestic violence?
Yes, we take anti-social behaviour and domestic violence very seriously at Red Kite, and will continue to investigate any cases of anti-social behaviour and support our tenants and the community who may be experiencing anti-social behaviour.
We'll always take whatever action we are able to, with the support of partner agencies, to address anti-social behaviour. If you're experiencing any anti-social behaviour or domestic violence, you can contact one of our team on: 01494 476100 or by email.
While face to face support groups may currently not be operating, there's support still available if you need it. You can call Victim Support on their freephone number 0808 1689 111 and information can also be found online at www.victimsupport.org.uk. They'll be able to point you in the direction of local groups and charities who can help you.
