We own and manage more than 6,700 homes in the Wycombe District. We put roofs over heads, provide services like repairs and maintenance, and work with our customers to make sure they get the best possible service.

What sets us apart?
We’re truly tenant-led – many housing associations also claim that they are – but our customers are the ones who choose our partners, spend millions of pounds on new contracts and make decisions about who sits on our Board. Why wouldn’t you put the customer in the driving seat of the services they experience?
We're committed to constantly evolving our service and making sure we constantly improve the way we do things.
Not many places take time out every week to give our people the time and space they need to park their day-to-day duties, in place of completely focussed and guilt-free creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
Gone are the days of traditional structures and regular job roles. We’ve shaken up the whole make-up of our teams and created brand new ones, to make sure we deliver services in a much more efficient way. We're ripping up job descriptions and replacing them with clearer goals, focusing on the aims of the role rather than specific tasks.
Personalities and values matter more to us than just making sure the role is filled. Unless we can find the right character, we’re won't fill a vacancy with someone who can do the basics. We’d rather wait for that hidden gem to walk through our colourful office doors.
